I purchased an apartment in Alanya under investment and I am already happy with the results, although it has been less than a year since the purchase.
We listed the apartment for rent only in May, yet it was rented out, although I was worried that we had missed the season and it would be difficult to find a tenant.
When I entered the apartment after the tenants had left, I was, of course, apprehensive about its condition, as tenants can be quite different. However, I was pleasantly surprised: everything was clean and tidy, just as it was when I first bought the property. I am grateful to both the guests who took good care of my apartment and to the staff at Ataberk Real Estate who managed the entire rental process.
I visited the apartment a couple of times before the guests arrived. I wanted to make the apartment even cozier and decorate it with nice little touches. At the same time, my husband and I managed to relax ourselves. Moreover, my husband saw our apartment for the first time, as I handled the purchase without him. He had only seen the apartment in photos and videos, but he liked it even more in person.
We continue to monitor the real estate market in Alanya and are considering buying something else. However, we realize that we were very lucky with our first option; such prices are no longer available, and we could even sell our apartment for a higher price now. It seems that when a "hot" opportunity arises, you need to take it immediately rather than delay. The main thing is to trust those you work with and listen to professional advice. We had a very successful purchase. We hope that our next purchase will also be profitable.
In the future, we plan to move to Turkey for permanent residency, but we are not sure if we will be able to work here. Buying apartments is our investment in our future. We really like Alanya, even though we have been to different cities, and my niece and her husband live in Istanbul.
So far, I haven’t met anyone in Alanya who has been disappointed with their real estate purchase here. Don’t hesitate, buy, and you will be satisfied!
