With the help of Ataberk Real Estate, I bought an apartment in a modern family-oriented complex in the Oba district of Alanya. I had several main requirements for the future home: a large area and good infrastructure, including a sauna, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and a fitness center.

My time for the trip was limited, so I had only a week for both choosing and finalizing the property. In the end, we set a sort of record. I arrived on Friday evening and immediately looked at the options, and by Wednesday we had already received the TAPU, thanks to the prompt work of the agency staff and a bit of luck.

We learned more about Alanya from acquaintances who, after moving here, got rid of their allergies. Their experience inspired us, but for now, we plan to visit Alanya with our family periodically for vacations.
