Sometimes, the installment payments may be offered with a small interest rate, but in any case, this rate will be lower than that of a mortgage loan.

    Unlike a bank, the developer will not look for reasons to deny you the opportunity to purchase the apartment in installments.
  4. Flexible Payment Schedule
    Depending on your income, you can make installment payments monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.
