Location

The Payallar district is coastal and located 14 km from the center of Alanya. Bus service between Payallar and Alanya is well established, with buses running every 5-7 minutes in summer and every 10-12 minutes in winter. Along the sea, you can reach the center of Alanya by a comfortable bus in 15 minutes.

Geographically, it is situated after the Konaklı district, which means that it borders Konaklı to the east, where urban and tourist infrastructure is more developed. To the west, Payallar borders the Türkler district, which has many pine forests.

From the sea towards the mountains, the district stretches for 6 kilometers. Hotels are located on the first coastline, followed by residential complexes, greenhouses, and agricultural land further inland.

The beach of Payallar is diverse – it has sandy areas, pebbled areas, and even sandy-pebbled areas. The entry into the sea is gentle, and there are no tectonic plates, which is wonderful!

Currently, the district administration has allocated 2 million Turkish liras for the development of the beach area in Payallar.

It is worth noting that the beach area of Payallar is very wide, with eucalyptus groves and other greenery.

As part of the project, a 4-kilometer bicycle path will be implemented. It will be two lanes with two-way traffic, and the likelihood of slipping will be reduced by laying the surface on a concrete steel grid. In addition, parking spaces for bicycles will be allocated at 20 points, with a capacity for 100 bicycles in total. Distances along the road from west to east on the bicycle path will be marked on the ground every 500 meters.

What else will be included in the promenade as part of the implementation of the above-mentioned project?

The promenade will feature a walking path, leisure and picnic areas for families, young and elderly people, a children's playground, a fitness area, a square, and an observation deck. There will be cafes, a beach volleyball court, a basketball court, and a parking lot for 105 cars.

In addition, it has been announced that a 1440-meter pedestrian path is planned in appropriate width sections of the area and outside the roadway.
