How to rent real estate in Alanya

Independent vacation in a rented apartment or villa gives more freedom and bright impressions than the usual package tour to a hotel. In addition, if you come as a large family or for a long period of time, this option will be even more profitable. And for those who are planning to buy real estate in Alanya, renting is a great way to check everything on a personal experience.   

In Alanya, there is a fairly large housing stock for rent, with many modern complexes featuring hotel-like infrastructure within walking distance to the beach. However, good options get taken quickly, so it's best to plan your vacation in advance.

All properties offered by our company are fully equipped. The apartments will have everything you need for a vacation, including bed linen, towels, dishes, household appliances, an iron, a hairdryer, and other essentials. Additionally, upon request, we can provide a high chair and a crib for your children during your stay.

Rental costs depend not only on the selected month but also on the length of stay. The most expensive months are July and August, the holiday and summer vacation period. However, it is more comfortable to relax in Alanya in September and October, when the heat and high humidity subside, and the sea remains warm. For rentals of one month or more, especially in spring or autumn, you can expect small discounts. More and more tourists are coming to Alanya for winter stays.

 

How the Rental Process Works with Ataberk Estate:

  1. You choose a suitable option on the website and clarify all the details with the managers.
  2. A deposit (at least 20% of the cost) is sent for reservation, and the apartment is booked for you on the stated dates.
  3. We can arrange a transfer from the airport for you, either individual or group.
  4. Upon arrival at the apartment or villa, a company representative will meet you to answer all your questions.
  5. Due to changes in the 2017 rental law, our company registers you at the local police station. For this, you will need to provide passport photos.
  6. We sign the rental agreement, you pay the remaining amount, and a deposit of 200 euros is taken, which is returned upon departure if there are no damages.
  7. Additionally, a final cleaning fee is charged upon departure, as well as water and electricity costs, for which meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure. In some properties, internet and gas are paid separately.

Renter's Guide:

  • Make sure to arrange for medical insurance for the duration of your stay in Turkey in advance.
  • Contact the company manager 3 days before arrival to confirm your flight and arrival time at the apartment.
  • Follow the rules of the complex set by the management company.
  • If you arrive at the rented apartment at night or during non-working hours, the keys will be handed over through security or the concierge, and the company manager will arrive during working hours to sign the contract.
  • Ataberk Estate is not responsible for the safety of belongings within the complex and the apartments.
  • Before sending the deposit, you can always review our rental contract. In case of force majeure, the rented apartment may be replaced with an equivalent rental property.
