What is Timeshare

Timeshare is a special perpetual type of property that gives the right to use an apartment annually at a certain time, according to the purchased period.

You receive a TAPU (certificate of ownership) not for the entire apartment, but for the purchased share of the apartment, with a note that the use of this apartment is limited to a certain period, that is, you will be able to use this apartment only during the period you purchased. This share can also be sold and inherited.

Our complex has allocated apartments on one floor for purchase using the timeshare system.

What it looks like: The apartment will be divided into 12 shares, that is, 12 calendar months. You can purchase any of these months (one or more) and each year you will be able to use this apartment for the month/months you purchased.

What does a timeshare apartment look like?

The apartments will be equipped with furniture and household appliances, air conditioners. The apartment will have the necessary household appliances, home textiles, kitchen utensils, that is, fully ready for occupancy. All you need to take with you is a suitcase with your personal items.

The management company of the New Level Premium hotel and residential complex will organize arrivals and departures for owners, monitor the condition of the apartment and maintain it, and resolve disputes.

In each timeshare apartment, at least 1 share will be owned by the management company, thus guaranteeing the right of the management company to resolve any disputes between the owners not only as the administration of the residential complex, but also as the owner.

The management company will also provide cleaning, maintenance and renting services for the apartment.

Timeshare prices will vary depending on the chosen calendar month. The summer months, i.e. the seasonal months, will be more expensive than the winter ones. Today, the Timeshare price at New Level Premium starts at about 10,000 euros.

A buyer can purchase a timeshare for several months at once.
